Carrie Vee is one of the most amazing women I know. I got to know who Carrie was through a virtual conference. From the first time I heard her speak, I know I had to meet her and get her involved in our Be Your Best Self programming. Carrie and I met one-on-one virtually to discuss my plans with the program and how I felt she could be an asset. Part of the programming was a book club in which we identified books to help identify ways to Be Your Best Self. Carrie was just finalizing her new book, The Radical Empowerment Method, and I could not have been more excited for this to be the next one for our program.
Carrie came to Ohio embracing and welcoming everyone to share their thoughts. The book session was way beyond my expectations. Carrie's opening words allowed for others to be comfortable to share their thoughts. The flood gates opened and there was no turning back. I know that when we finished that our attendees released thoughts that were holding them back. Carrie guided us all to be true to our self. To not let our past, hinder our future. I knew my mission was successful! Way beyond expectations!
Carrie again visited for my 2022 Be Your Best Self Expo as an opening speaker and facilitator for my leadership panel. Wow! Wow! Wow! Carrie once again set a standard for our attendees to open their hearts and minds to be their best. I know people's thought process changed when hearing Carrie’s message. Her words are powerful, her heart is welcoming, and her hugs are beyond words. Carrie makes your think and works to guide you in what is the best direction for you.
I cannot wait for the opportunity to invite Carrie back. I know she will impact lives! I am thankful that I was able to meet her. She is one POWERFUL woman who always makes you think.
